She’s won top awards for financially efficient and creatively effective advertising campaigns for businesses and organizations around the world. She is the winner of numerous awards for writing in the fields of journalism and advertising copywriting.

Connie Francis, Office Manager & Sales Agent

Connie Francis is the General Manager of Funk Companies LLC, and she operates the front offices for all of Funk Advertising Agency.  Connie’s first jobs were babysitting and mowing lawns. In high school she worked for a checkbook cover manufacturer, then briefly for an onion ring factory.  She spent the last few decades in charge of human resources, work comp, insurance and payroll at a private care facility.  All these experiences prepared her for the juggling tasks of multiple-business management with Funk Companies. Connie keeps all the paperwork in line, corrals all the bookkeeping, and fits in sales and customer service in addition. Connie keeps all the balls in the air and makes it look easy with a smile.  She is also a whiz at advertising ideas – call her to get your campaign started.

Eva Barnes, Virtual Technology Support Systems & Trainer

Eva is the graphics specialist and production manager for Funk Advertising.  She is also the Operations Coordinator for Funk Companies LLC.  As a former educator Eva has the organizational skills to keep stuff on track.  She is responsible for keeping the production and graphic designs flowing like a moving puzzle. If it is creating a new logo, revamping an old one, or making sure the current logo is brand ready and production ready, Eva is OUR person.  As Production and Operations Queen, she gets mailings, apparel projects and about 1000 other things out the door and done on time.  Eva is ready to work for you. 

Cristiana Barboza, Digital Technology Manager

Cristiana is the mastermind behind the social media management we provide for our customers… writing posts for our clients, posting photos, answering questions, managing social media ad budgets and wrangling the back-end of Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter for all the folks who hire us to take care of it for them.  Cristiana began working with Funk Advertising as our Social Media Manager and in just a few short months moved to the position of Digital Technology Manager where she is now the creative force behind the creation as well as the building and management of customer websites.  Barboza has been assisting with this division of our company for a number of months, and recently completed extensive, additional training in website development, graduating top of her class.  Funk Advertising has a long list of customers for whom we provide micro and macro management across all social media platforms.  It takes a knack to know how to do it right… Cristiana’s got the knack.  She’s ready to put her street-smart business sense, excellent writing skills, and laser-focused technology creds to work for you.

Jen LaChance, Sales Partner

Jen comes to Funk Advertising with a strong background in retail sales and customer service.  As a lifelong entreprenuer, she has owned several retail boutiques and has learned first hand, the challenges of small business.  Jen has over 20 years experience watching the ever-changing trends of marketing and understands the importance of getting everything right THE FIRST TIME.  She enjoys working with other entrepreneurs and helping them achieve success in their own endeavors through  a creative approach to their growth strategies.  Put Jen and her experience to work for you.
